I brought my 2006 mini cooper for a front and back replacement bumper from dings and hit and runs.

I had incredible service at Sterling Auto Service and Body Shop. I am in a job that requires excellent customer service, so I expect a lot...Antonio, Martha and Josue more than exceeded my best expectations. My insurance company recommended Sterling and from my first phone call, to my visit where I was given a tour of the body shop I noticed immediately they would take care of my car needs. I was offered rides to and from the metro, I was sent an email updating me on progress and best of all everyone was personable and helped me figure out the details regarding my insurance coverage. While I hope I never need to see them again...the reality is likely that I will need their services and in a strange way I actually look forward to rewarding them for good business practices.

BODY WORK!

I go to yelp to find out the information on everything - including body shops. When none of the shops my insurance company works with were reviewed on yelp, I took a chance on Sterling based on a gut feeling from talking with them.

Boy was I right. They were fantastic. We dropped off the car and then went out of town for a week and it was ready when we got back. I was shocked at how quick the turnaround time was and our car has never looked better.

The customer service was friendly and efficient. They went out of their way to make us feel taken care of. And they worked directly with the insurance company so all we had to do was pay them a deductible and everything else was taken care of for payment.

I was definitely dreading getting the car fixed, but Sterling made it easy and although it's a little out of the way, I would recommend it to ALL my friends and fellow yelpers

Overall, I have never had such genuine great service from a body shop. They were all kind enough to stay late while I was stuck in traffic trying to drop off my rental car and pick my car back up. They were so helpful and friendly.The website is easy to navigate through.

Rear End Damage from Uninsured Driver

Sterling started work the day I called them and the job was done in a week. Their communication with my insurance company was seamless and I had nothing to worry about. This is the third car that I have taken to Sterling (All not at fault accidents :) ) and it is nice to know that I have a neighborhood body shop that will be honest and helpful throughout the entire process. Sterling performed the repairs to my rear bumper as part of an insurance claim.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and professional. I've never had such good service when getting work done that was paid for by an insurance company! The work was completed in 24 hours, and it looks beautiful. They also washed, vacumed and topped off my fluids.
